As Castle Rock’s population continues to grow, so does the resident demand for increased art and cultural offerings close to home. The Castle Rock Arts Foundation envisions a community where this local need is met, where art and cultural experiences are essential to the social tapestry of Castle Rock, and where residents and visitors have inclusive access to a vibrant arts scene.

Mission

Our mission is to enrich the Castle Rock community by raising money to cultivate vibrant art and cultural offerings. Through collaboration, support, and advocacy, we aim to enhance community connection, improve quality of life, empower creative expression, elevate the cultural experiences of residents and visitors, and amplify the economic impact of the arts as Castle Rock’s nonprofit partner.

What we do

We strive to enrich the cultural fabric of our community by supporting public art and cultural initiatives in Castle Rock. To foster a vibrant and inclusive arts scene that enhances the quality of life for all residents and improves the local economy, we are dedicated to raising funds through a combination of donations, sponsorships, fundraising events and grants.

By actively engaging with the community and partnering with local businesses, government agencies, and other stakeholders, we seek to build a sustainable foundation for the arts and create a legacy of creativity and cultural and economic vitality for future generations.

Through these efforts, we aim to address specific needs such as:

Funding public art installations and cultural offerings that enhance the aesthetic appeal and cultural identity of Castle Rock.
Providing financial support for local artists and arts organizations to create and showcase their work in public spaces.
Promoting community engagement and participation in the arts through outreach programs, workshops, and collaborative projects.

Supporting arts education programs in schools and community centers to ensure that all residents have access to arts education and enrichment opportunities.
Seeking and applying for grant opportunities that align with the mission and vision of the Castle Rock Arts and Culture Foundation.
